I found this short video and had to replay it.
While I can't wait to use it in the classroom for a character education lesson (which we often implement throughout the year, but especially early on), this video definitely had an impact on me personally.
I really appreciated it because even though the video is apparently 7 years old now (could be a 2nd grader!), it still holds up. Also, in terms of craft, it was such a compact but emotionally tense story, and I really appreciate that it can pack such a punch within 6 minutes. It's definitely gotten me back in the short-story-writing mindset.
